Rep Power: 23 | Do you have a customer or 2 that REALLY rubs you the wrong way?Mine comes in male form & he REALLY p***** me off,to the point that I just want to reach over the counter & ***** slap him!!From day 1(its now been over a year)he says to me 'Hmmm-mm ,slow today?' with a cocky-*** smerk on his face & before I can reply he ends his comment with "how's business doing?'...GROWL!!RRR-rr!!Now I have caught him trying to look in my appt book!To top it off NOW he doesn't even fully enter & make his comment's,HE NOW opens the door & his mouth starts flapping before he is even in the salon ,as everyone is waiting & looking at him.(he still says this even when he has to wait & all my rooms are taken & I'm busy!)Who does he think he is?!He did mention ,when I first opened up ,that he thought about opening one up.So I cant help but feel that he wants me to fail,so he doesn't feel like he missed out on a opportunity.HELP,how would you deal with this? He's pushed me to the point that I cant even smile when I see him comeing,I grind my teeth!Amy |

Rep Power: 23 | Yes, I have come to the conclusion that he is a butthead & your all right, I have one up on him,'I'm taking his money!'Hee-ee!Buntanner,I've done that one.LOL Actually one step farther, one day he came in & I had no one in the salon,he was just grinning from ear to ear(GRRrr-rr!!!)& made his comments, well when he went into tan,I created imaginery customers,I closed all the rooms doors & put cards up on the desk,so when he came out it looked like everything was taken.I even managed to smile at him & say "Wow,I might just have to buy that other bed."Hee-ee!I know thats sad,but thats how bad he gets to me!!!I feel better, now that I got to vent about it-Thanks Amy |

Rep Power: 0 | When he comments on your business activity simply tell him your sole purpose in life is make sure you are there everyday to take his money..... Besides your salon doesn't necessarily have to be busy with people for you to be making money, actually you are still making money from customers who have paid to tan but never find the time to stop in. Unfortunately he is not one of them. Hang in there.... |
