Rep Power: 27 | Anyone giving their employees a training booster before the busy season starts? We always have a meeting for Q & A and input on some promos. Kinda like a brainstorming session. This year I will have to train on new software as well. |

Rep Power: 0 | We schedule a monthly managers meeting for them to participate and input on upcoming events, specials, promo's, etc. In January we will for the first time schedule two sales training seminars for all employees including peak temporary employees. One seminar will discuss sale techniques on swimwear and one will be for lotions. This will be very exciting and I'm sure extremely helpful. Not everyone is a sales person but a few tricks of the trade can certainly motivate and bring out the sales person in everyone. |

Rep Power: 23 | We are doing a serious training booster this weekend. We've called all of the girls and said Saturday morning is mandatory. We are going to make each one individually do a salon tour and go through the lotion cabinet and explain the differences in the lotions. |
