Rep Power: 0 | nice to hear all of this. I always that I was being kind of hard on my employees, but after listening to you guys it seems that we all like the same things. I am currently working an an employee policy sheet, so if anyone has any other good ideas. I would love to hear them. I really like the box of personal items. I think I will use that. Thanks. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Weird Employee Rules You might reconsider where you have employees place the towels on the beds. If the towels and pillows are allowed to be place back on the same place on the beds when the acrylics are hot you can end up with "crazing" of the acrylic sheet under this area (the rest of the acrylic is allowed to cool down, but the pillow or towel holds the heat under this area for a longer period of time... the difference in the two temperatures cause the acrylic sheet to go cloudy, and the structure of the acrylic begins to craze with spider veins.) Once you have had this happen to you, you'll have your employees move the pillows and towels to different positions on a reqular basis.... some months up to the head, some months to the bottom, etc. |

I also was particular about HOW and where...they were placed on the bed. (at a certian anlge that looked s0000oo much better as you walk down the hall.) Sadly but I have fired people for not doing this. LMAO COMON!!!!People it is simple. If they do not give a phuuck about that small of a detail -- And hap hazardly fold it and toss it on the bed even after been trained and repeatedly warned and reminded to do it a certian way. How seriously do they take the BIG STUFF you train them for??? Like cleaning precedures...setting session times...etc.. follow me??? JMHO
