Rep Power: 0 | We have tan button down shirts with our logo for managers and denim ones for our clerks. The shorts can not be higher that the tip of your finger when putting your arm down by yourside. This rule may vary as long as the shorts are presentable. Jeans or khaki's in the winter. |

Rep Power: 24 | In the summer my employees are allowed to wear whatever bottoms they want as long as no butt cheeks are peeking out, they are also required to wear either one of their logo shirts or their name tag. In the winter, again they can wear any bottoms they wish, as for their shirts they all have the old navy tech vests with their names and my logo on them, they can wear those or their logo sweatshirts, if they choose not to wear a forever tan shirt they must wear their name tag. I also give the employees the option of buying their own shirts and i pay for the embrodiery, that's if they don't like what I picked out. One thing I am not really fond of is boobies hanging out in the summer, I have one girl who wore a way way way tooooo low shirt one day, and I told her that it was way to low, and she said that's why I sell so much. I told her there were other ways to sell, and gave her a lotion company shirt. I also keep one tech vest with no name just the logo in the employee room, and also one lotion co. shirt, that way if they forget to wear theirs or bring their name tag there is a shirt for them. |
