Rep Power: 23 | Nick and Jamie want to talk to you in private. They work with a third employee, Stacy. They tell you that Stacy is drinking on the job. They say that she is very sneaky about it and you will have a tough time catching her ever having a drink. They also say that she constantly chews gum to hide the smell. Nick and Jamie both say they want you to know this, but, neither of them will ever say anything in public. They want your assurances that you won't expose them. What would you do? |

Rep Power: 0 | I would have Stacy work with me for a couple of weeks. Also, no gum chewing, not a professional image. The reason I won't come out and confront her is because I am not sure if Nick & Jamie aren't just trying to get rid of Stacy. (That has happened at my salon) And of course as you are working with your employee, through small talk you might find that she might be having problems at home or boyfriend or whatever. There are two sides to every story. -------------------- Viper Jon@phiper.fws1.com |
