Should your staff (Managers or clerks) be allowed to share inneroffice issues with other employees of the company? Any other employee outside of that particular salon?Should they be allowed to "vent" or "discuss" the "bad employee" or the trouble they are having with that employee? Should they be allowed to call another salon and discuss their salons issues?I feel that this type of behavior not only brings down moral but it is attacking others when they can't be defend their position! If you have employee discussing that salons worst employee well that is one person's opinion! If their is a salon concern it should always go directly to your immediate supervisor. To someone who can resolve it! That is what you need isn't it? There no real need in discussing the matter with every other staff member. There is absolutely nothing they can do to rectify the problem. It only creates more problems because at that point it becomes gossip!Keep the inneroffice issues in the inneroffice. Once it spills out into the forefront then it can't help but overflow and be overheard by our customers and other employees.------------------Tracie WilliamsSandollar Corporation |
