How many employees will you keep once the season really gets slow? What is the title of their position and the role they play in your business?

I keep one person that works about 35 hours a week that is called the assistant manager. They are responsible for getting any info out to the others and for being my sounding board for ideas. Too often my ideas are buried in nickel and dime reasoning instead of what is right. I then keep 3 other people that average about 15 hours a week and 1 floater that I try to get on the schedule for 10 hours a week and she works other peoples open time slots.

Right now I have my 4 regualr employees and two bed cleaners.The two bed cleaners know their jobs are done Sept. 1, 2001I have one girl who is an assistant manager, that has been with me from day one, and does a lot for me.Then I have a girl and a Guy that work just 2 nights each a week, because of college.And then I have one girl who handles the weekends..b
