Rep Power: 0 | Use a three ring notebook with sheet protectors filled with information about your salon handy at the front desk for your staff to have access to.Use this as a "cheat sheet" that your clerk can refer to.List your hours of operation, packages, pricing, specials, active coupons, phone procedures, phone numbers and extentions, anything that you want your staff to be up to date on.------------------Tracie WilliamsSandollar Corporation |

I you have dedicated access to the WEB at your store you can also create a corporate website for the employees only. You can post all of this information along with polices and practices. This will allow you to keep the information updated in a single place.Michael | |
