Matt,If I am not mistaken, this board belongs to Michael Chunn and is supported as co-Administrator with Solid. Several others of us TanTalk Veterans are Moderators. This is one of my forums... which we share that responsibility. I am not currently a salon owner, but have been a tanner for over 5 years and am planning on opening my first salon later this year.Please IGNORE Chip, Chipp, and Chippp (same person, we believe). He is supposedly from Canada, supposedly a 18 year salon owner with stand ups only... though he has failed to ever verify any of the pointless and useless claims or even give one shred of proof that he is actually a salon owner at all. At this point, we're pretty much united in the belief he is a tanning salon basher and has absolutely no knowledge about the tanning industry. His idiot claims prove that daily (and sometimes hourly).So enjoy...Laurie
