Time to Polish Up - tanTALK

employees on the technical and smart ways to deal with clients.I have began putting the books out for them to study and pop quiz them often. Will do this til next season begins. Then is to busy. So fall and winter is study time...What are some things you do. Ideas to share?

I hold a monthly meeting where the employees do the smart tan tune ups... I will also hit them with a question or two when they are there with me.. Bun you are right this is the perfect time to start polishing up..
