Rep Power: 0 | You have worked hard to put together a rewarding business that has all your personal touches to ensure you represent a casual, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere. You have advertised, donated, contributed to many events to get your name out in the community, so now how do you keep the clientele whose trust and patronage you have worked so hard to earn?By rewarding them and showing them they are the reason you exist! Not your potential customers, but your existing ones!Offer a customer appreciation day where you have drawings or contest offering free upgrade, sample lotions, peepers, etc. Have candy, cakes, and snacks available, display banners inside and outside your salon annoucing the event, offer free visits to first time tanners, implement a door prize drawing for all customers that tan with you that day. Don't try product discounts with this program unless you space your celebration days months apart. We do this every other month. We tried the lotion discount but customers will wait until that day to purchase. Post memo's in the resorts letting your customer know of the celebration ahead of time. Customers love being appreciated!!------------------Tracie WilliamsSandollar Corporation |

Rep Power: 0 | We have done this for the last two years and the customers love it! This year we also had a local radio station come have give aways as well. We had cookies, cake, etc. and it all went over really great. The first year we extended it into a week, but this year we jut did a day. I think next year we are going to do a beach party idea and have a band come anddo events for like three days or so. That way if people can't get in one day they can come the next and still take part in the events. We also gave away lotions and stuff that many companies love to hand out for free if you call and tell them what you are doing. |
