Sub Contracting a Nail Tech - tanTALK

Does anyone have a nail tech in there salon?I was looking for a pre-made contract for her.Does anyone have this in there salon programs. Or should I just type one up?

i had a nail tech. spent all the money to set her up. turn out she was lazy and turned client down when she didn't even have a base clientale built. make it your policy that YOU will set appointments up for her. cause it will reflect on you and your salon if she turns clients away... I Made that mistake.

Okay, I have a new nail tech coming in beginning Monday 7/9. I think she will do lots better than the first one we had. I told her we would be making appointments for her and she agreed that is best for her as well for us. I will keep you posted.

My new nail tech is doing great these first few days. She has brought some of her clientale in with her and some of ours is booking appt. with her... Think this one is going to be a keeper

Hi,thanks for the reply.My Nail Tech has been there for a month and she is making her own appointments. So far so good.Good luck to you!

my nail tech also makes her appointments, but if she isn't there she leaves her book for us to make appt. this is a good thing for her as well as us. like i said before, the first one would not let us make appt. and it cost her lots of biz and looked bad on us. just suggest to her that it is an added benefit for her if she allows you to schedule if she isn't available to do so.

Wow, I think I latched on to a great nail artist. She not only does the reg. things like manicure, pedicure, acrylic, but also does some fantastic nail art. This is a great selling point when I go out in town and people comment on my nail art.
