Have a decent size back room and thinking about a fitness room to add on additional income. Does anyone out there currently have a fitness room? If so, what are the regulations, licensing, what kind of machines, etc? Thanks

How big is the room?I would say don't do it...try adding another bed in instead.

Place in the town I live in added a "mini gym". That was about 2 years ago, now he's sold all of his equipment and closing the doors. (to the gym, not the tanning business). It cost him more to have the place open then he was making.

I would definately rethink the fitness area. Add more beds, a nail tech, a massage therapist etc.
