Rep Power: 0  | Pro Tan Luminous Legs I used a sample of Luminous Legs today, no where on it or anywhere I've looked does it say it is a Tingle. My legs were hot, red, and blotchy just like when using a tingle. I had a friend use it to just to see if I was having a reaction, she had the same result. Anyone with experience with this please enlighten me. |
