Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: Alcohol free lotions I'm going to guess that probably not, as most, if not all lotions, even organic ones use stearyl alcohol in their lotions, as it is an emulsifying agent that binds the oils to make a lotion. Stearyl alcohol is known to cause reactions in some people who have sensitive skin, this is called dermatitis. You'd have to ask your client to be more specific as there are many types of alcohol out there. She may have to do some research in looking for lotions and then ask a pharmacist (or show them the ingredients) or even her doctor. She really needs to use something while tanning, though. |
