Rep Power: 0 | Vitamin A will NOT give you skin cancer ... Hi everyone ... I wanted to research a little about the post that was titled " Vitamin A/Retinol/Retinyl Palmitate " and the actual post stated " The Environmental Working Group just issued a report stating that Vitamin A and its derivatives are carcinogenic when applied to sun-exposed skin. " When it comes down to it, laying in the sun and indoor tanning are also carcinogenic, it's like you're ****** if you do and you're ****** if you don't !!! ANYWAY I " Googled " this information, and it is a bit lengthy but I copied and pasted a few very good facts and here is the link to where I received this info. Just click on this link : http://www.beautybunch.com/tag/retinyl-palmitate/ and scroll down a bit to the part where it says... " Vitamin A isn't going to give you cancer " Basically this is what it says... Vitamin A Isn’t Going to Give You Cancer Here are the key facts about vitamin A (including the retinyl palmitate form) and sunscreen use that you need to know:
Thanks for reading and have a great week !!! HAPPY FLAG DAY !!! Best Wishes and Happy Tanning !!! Ricky

Vitamin A is in many beauty products, like they will say it's bad. http://xr.com/Schumer They are saying the FDA already knows about the dangers of SPF's & has done nothing about it. The Vitamin A helps to accelerate the growth of cancers. I'm not convinced it's safe yet. Quote:
