I know if you clicked on this thread you're probably dreading the same old question... but I actually had a lady come in with an intriguing question yesterday and am hoping to get some insight. This lady has problems with tanning her legs (as a lot of us do) and has done all the normal stuff usually recommended... tingle (can't stand them), leg lotion (is sensitive to the DHA smell), etc. So she asked if she could use a lotion with more bronzing for just her lower body to help even things out. She's currently using DS Hemphatic (10x bronzing) and loves it and wonders if she were to use maybe DS Black (20x bronzing) if that will help even things out. I'm the newby at the salon and didn't quite know what to tell her since I'm certainly no lotion expert. In theory it sounds like it could work but something tells me it's a big fat no. Thoughts? Rep Power: 16 | Re: Upper vs Lower Body Tanning? Tell her to quit shaving her legs ;) I would have recommended a stronger bronzer for the leg area as well. Have her rotate out your upgrade equipment as well. Mix it up a bit and things will probably start moving along.

Even if she just uses a bronzer with only cosmetic bronzers in them she will look good until she has a shower. So thats not gonna work. Have her try a body blush lotion on her legs only. She will get the results of a tingle without the feeling. There are tons of blush lotions out, like AG Puppy Love, First Blush and Swedish Beauty Dark Secrets. None of those contain dha either. |

Rep Power: 16 | Re: Upper vs Lower Body Tanning? ^^^I do the same thing that Hot Stuff said, to rotate legs under the facials. Also, we know that the leg/facial skin is thicker and harder to tan, have you considered Gorgeous Gams designed to penetrate? Heard good things on that one.
