Rep Power: 0 | Anyone used DHA Booster Drops...??? Tan Inc and Flavours BOTH have DHA Booster Drops...DHA BOOST " 40% DHA concentrate " to add to your tanning lotions with bronzers ( or without bronzers ) to BOOST the amount of DHA in the lotion to help give you a darker color. On the bottle it is recommended for 1 drop per ounce and so if a tanning lotion or moisturizer is 8 ounces then you would add 8 drops and it would BOOST the bronzer in your lotion to give you a darker color. It might be a trial and error type thing, maybe 1 drop per ounce wouldn't make too much of a difference and you might like more, OR maybe 1 drop per ounce is too much, but I don't think that would be the case. I put a few drops right on my skin ( my thigh ) and the drops did give me color in that area but it wasn't extremely dark, so if used alone didn't make a huge difference then a drop per ounce I don't think would be a drastic color change. So I was curious if anyone has tried this and if so what did you think? Did it make the lotion too dark or did it give a nice dark bronze color on top of your existing tan? ALSO if anyone is interested , there are TINGLE booster drops to give your lotion a " hotter " tingle. Ultimate has a product called " Power Shots". Any replies will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and have a great week! Ricky

Rep Power: 17 | Re: Anyone used DHA Booster Drops...??? I use the TI as an upsell for spray tanning . I've never tried them in a lotion before. I have not been tanning much lately, so I'm pretty light. You peaked my interest so I'm putting some a little on my arm to see how dark it gets.

Rep Power: 17 | Re: Anyone used DHA Booster Drops...??? My tingle customers love the power shots. I can't say how well they work personally because I don't use tingles. I do use the DHA Booster drops sometimes in my spray tanning , for those wanting to go a bit darker and I do notice the difference in color, but I haven't tried them in my lotions. I am curious too now so I'm gonna try them on myself. |

Rep Power: 17 | Re: Anyone used DHA Booster Drops...??? Ok, here we are 5 hours later and my mark is made. With how fair I am right now, I would have expected more. If I was dark, I would be disappointed. Can't imagine these make much difference at all.

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Anyone used DHA Booster Drops...??? I need to make a correction about the amount of DHA BOOST that should be added to a lotion... I said to use 1 drop per ounce and according to the bottle it says 8-10 drops to every 4 ounces, so if you have an 8 ounce bottle of moisturizer , then add 16 drops and now you have a moisturizer that will give your skin a " touch of sunless"... As far as adding them to a tanning lotion that already has bronzers, depending on how big the bottle is, add the appropriate amount and it should, like it says, give it a BOOST of color. Last night I did a patch test again on my forearm and there is a color change in that area but it is not anything like white to black, it is just a subtle difference, also the bottle I have is old so it probably lost some of it's potency. So again I am sorry about giving the wrong information about how much to use...again on the botttle, and it comes in a 1 ounce bottle from Tan Inc, it says 8-10 drops per 4 ounces, and you should be able to see a subtle and not drastic color change in your bronzing tanning lotions OR if you want to make your everyday moisturizer a moisturizer that will give you a " touch of sunless". I hope this helps for anyone who wants to just try something different, it couldn't hurt. When I first used the drops to make my moisturizer a "bronzing" moisturizer , it was like any moisturizer that has DHA in it that are being sold at Tan Salons from different brands like Tinted Love from Designer Skin, and Supre's HEMPZ Bronzer Moisturizer . Thanks for reading, again I am sorry for giving the wrong info on my first post about this subject. Have a great weekend! Ricky
