? SPF indoor

I go to a nice small business that among other things has Tanning.
The woman that owns it told me she could get about any lotion.
I use Brown Envy n Thrust.
My face and upper chest will get a little red (the red is gone by the next evening) I have been just putting a single layer of a towel to cover the area. It works fine but I have a problem remembering to remove the towel at the right time (leave it on too long or not long enough=redish)

Is there a Indoor lotion that has a Low SPF and No Bronzer ?
I've found, I think it's Saving Face but it has Bronzer.

Re: ? SPF indoor

Low SPF, high SPF... its all the same really. The rating if for time, not strength. For most an SPF 5 would be enough to cover a tanning session.

But for other reasons I am very against SPF especially indoors. Read up on chemical SPF and free radicals.

Towel method is best really.

Re: ? SPF indoor

Ask your salon to order you some spf. I use 20 on my chest and it works great. Do not use a towel for covering it will not work.

"Do not use a towel for covering it will not work."

Of course a towel will work. Have you ever bothered to meter a towel? I have.

Use a towel. Forget the SPF. It's junk.

Re: ? SPF indoor

Thanks for the info
A towel is cheaper. I always figured that a single layer of towel would be like spf allowing only alittle UV's in (like a Tee)
Guess, I'll just have to start taking my kitchen timer with me
