Face lotion... help!?

About a month ago, I started tanning again. My body is dark, because it is pretty easy for me to get dark fast. My face is not dark... which isn't normal for me. It is just reddish-tan and dry. :( I have been in and out of the dermatologist office because I have mild acne (around my mouth... and sometimes on my forehead) and have tried everything from proactiv to differin... any kind of cream you can think of. I have given up on those and stopped using the differin. They have dried out my face and make tanning impossible.

I know it is going to take some time for my skin to get back to normal after using those creams, but I want to go ahead and continue my tanning. My skin is VERY dry around my mouth and I was wondering if anyone could suggest something to help that? My skin is pretty sensitive, so I have to be careful what I do use. I was using something called c7 faces... and I hated it. I have been using Australian Gold Crystal Faces... and I really like it because it goes on thick and my skin looks amazing, but it doesn't KEEP my skin moisturized... within an hour my skin is dried out again. I read on a post about Designer Skin Vanishing Act... has anyone tried that? ANY feedback would be appreciated! Thank you!

Re: Face lotion... help!?

iFace by MRI and I think Devoted Creations makes one called Surface. Both of those are tanning enhancers for the face.

You might also try Strivitox by Devoted creations. It is a Age Reversing Serum- it suppposed to help with elasticity and anti-aging.

Sounds like you already know that dry skin does not tan well- with that said, condition your skin right and things should get back to normal soon. If you continue to use acne products your problems will persist.

face lotions are supposed to be formulated for sensitive skin. DS Black is designed to stain tabletops.
