Rep Power: 0 | Re: Rock On Tanning Lotions I just created an account, mainly because I was reading stuff about rock on. We have Light my Fire, Sunshine of Your Love, Thriller, and Rocker Chick. Rocker chick we sold out of but we will not be ordering more. Sunshine of your love just kind of hangs out on the shelves, even though we dropped the price and pushed it with monthly specials. Light my fire is ok...not anything amazing, and Thriller...well I've had people comment on the smell..but they say their results fade. Rock on calls us about 7 times a day, different people, one after the other. It's ridiculous. They get real rude sometimes, always pushing lotions and when I say call back in three weeks, they call back in 6 hours. I know you have to push to sell your product but this is ridiculous. We've ordered quite a few bottles from them..and they still don't understand that we live in a small town where no one wants to drop a load of cash on their "amazing" lotion. I'm not impressed. If you decide to carry any maybe just the rocker chick? After this all sells out I doubt we'll carry it again. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Rock On Tanning Lotions Recently bought a salon who had tons of rock on in stock. I personally didn't like any of it... stinks. The employees said no one really liked it. I do love Millennium lotions, they always give great results and my customers LOVE it. Well those who like alot of bronzer. But I no longer order from millennium directly, the rep wasn't all that bad. But I hated that you had to buy SO many freaking bottles to get a "deal". Plus the rep informed me everytime that I ordered that my free shipping came out of his pocket, like he took out his check book and paid UPS to send it to me... anyways got tired of buying from them and was going to quit carrying the product but my rep at heartland informed me that you can buy it directly through all hours tanning supply(they sell OC too.) I do have to pay almost 2 bucks more a bottle but I can buy as many or as little as I need with free shipping, without a guilt trip!! Oh and did I mention no sales reps calling you when you tell them you are now buying their product from a distributor! The only thing I do not like about All Hours is it takes so long to get the product. When I order from Heartland I typically get it in two days, with all hours its about 6-7 days, sometimes longer Last edited by StacyLY; 08-02-2009 at 01:55 AM. |
