Exclamation amaratto by swedish beauty

I been using this lotion for 2 weeks now & I think its GARBAGE! It's great immediately after I go tanning and for a few hours after but after that.. IT FADES!!!! If I tan in the morning & then shower at night to get ready to go out.. I lose ALOT of color. I was dumping money into upgrades at my tanning salon thinking that was the problem, but its not! I used to use HOT! by Australian Gold & never had a problem keeping my color.

Any suggestions? I know its only a triple bronzer but I was told by all the girls that work there that its great?!?

I WANT TO BE TAN && STAY TAN.. HELP!!

Then dont use a bronzer! Bronzers wash off and fade. Its a little odd its not sticking though, what are you using as a daily moisturizer ?

I agree I don't like amaretto either. Alot of bronzers wash off. I do have a customer who is quite fair and has been using brown sugar princess. She really likes it, she also uses it as a moisturizer . Doesn't stain or streak.

I'm using Dove exfoliating moisturizer every couple days...

An exfoliating moisturizer is like an oxymoron. Most women are now over-exfoliating. Your skin is building up it's natural defense and self exfoliates approximately every 28 days. I only exfoliate mildly once a week the morning before I tan. If your exfoliant has AHA in it which many derms and pharma push as making you younger there are currently studies going on that believe long term use will damage your DNA. I would find a lotion with a LOT less chemicals in it and look for something simple yet moisturizing. I also prefer non-bronzing lotions but the clients do love them.

Ditto. Exfoliation removes bronzers.

I have a few customers who really like Amaretto. No complaints about their color fading. However I won't be carrying anymore once I sell my last 2 bottles. I can't stand the smell of it. It actually makes me naseous when I get a whiff of it.

Also, she mentioned she used a hot lotion in the past. I have found that once you use a hot lotion, a non-tingle lotion never seems to tan quite as good in comparison.

She was talking about AG Hot!. It's not a tingle. It's an accelerator.

I agree. It does fade a couple hours after using it.
