Lightbulb Expensive VS Inexpensive lotions

Hiya, I just started tanning a couple months ago and I love it.

I first started with a cal tan lotion called get dark, because it was on sale and pretty cheap. But recently I bought Fortune from DS boutique which cost me quite a bit more.

I have to say that the DS lotion has made a significant difference in my tan. I would like to know if expensive tanning lotions actually have better ingredients or take better care of your skin than cheaper products?

So basically is it worth it to get an more expensive lotion? Or do the cheaper ones do the same job as well?

thx!

Yes worth the cost. No cheap ones do not do the same.

Re: Expensive VS Inexpensive lotions

That is simply not true!

The super acrylic bottles and rebate programs add to the cost of the products without increasing the quality or effectiveness of the product.

I know when I use an entry level product, then use something like CT Seven or Cypher, it makes a HUGE difference. Better grade ingredients and more of them.

The bottles do add to cost, but its not significant. My dad used to work for a plastics molding company. I was surprised how cheap it was to produce certain items.

Re: Expensive VS Inexpensive lotions

Okay so I love the pretty bottles of DS. But do I think the product is superior to my other PL tanning lotion line......no. DS helps open the communication with my customer about lotion -so if they can't afford a $100 bottle I can direct them to a $39 bottle that I feel just as confident in its performance. Its all about whats in the bottle -not just how the bottle looks.

Re: Expensive VS Inexpensive lotions

Well of course its not about the bottle. It is was I would only sell California Tan. But I dont! But those are some pretty bottles!

I am really liking Devoted Creations more and more. The bottles are by no means fancy, but the product rocks!
