Hey! whats everyones opion on tanning pills? Just wondering if they work & are safe?:)

either i guess i didnt know there was 2 differnt ones......just when i go i see a tanning bottle that sais help you tan better......so

They aren't anything. Just amino acid supplements. Go to GNC, buy a multivitamin with amino acids and wha-la. Your tanning pill. You still need to tan when on the "tanning pill" just helps build color faster.

I take Tanaid and I like it.

Beware, though, because there are many Tanning "supplements" out there that just contain carotene and can turn you orange.

Have you noticed a differnce after takeing tanaid ?
