Rep Power: 43 | Client used Veritas and got burnt A customer tanned in one of our bigger beds yesterday and used DS Veritas. Normally she would not use any lotion, but now she finally got convinced She used the lotion on her body, except on her arms and legs. She called us today that she got burnt on the places that she used the lotion.... I haven't seen it yet, but what do you think this could be? Maybe an allergic reaction to the lotion? I don't understand how she could have been burnt, because she is used to the bed where she went in yesterday. She is tanning approximately every 3 days. She had an appointment for thursday which she now called to cancel due to the burn. As Veritas has no tingle (on the contrary it has a coolant :sarcasm: ) it cannot be that it's just the sensation of being burnt... Any advice is appreciated.

Rep Power: 113 | Re: Client used Veritas and got burnt I kinda agree with the fact that if she has never used lotion before - the lotion may have caused her to burn because without lotion it can take up to 10 minutes for her to start actually tanning....
