FIRST TIME TANNING...SO TRAUMATIC LOL - tanTALK

i dont plan on going regularly i just want to even out my color.

i went in today i did not expect it to be so hot!! i was like praying until the timerwent off.

next time i go i will be better prepared.

i didnt use any lotion and now my legs are kind of flakey, is lotion really necessary? could i just apply regular lotion beforehand?

if not what is the best basic "Tanning lotion" to start with?

im thinking of just buying a cheap drugstore tanning lotion

can someoen tell me what the KEY ingredient in tanning lotion is? what is in it that makes it "Better" for you to tann??

No. Ick. Most salons ban those lotions because they are crap and will ruin the acrylics and you'll have to fork over $250 to replace it. Besides the good lotion is sooooo much nicer.

what is "Crap" about the drugstore lotion?

i just checked out hawaiian tropics "indoor tanning salon -tanning bed proven formual"

and it has all the exotic fruit oils and such as the expensive ones they sell in the stoes. it even has amino acids like Tyrosine and Riboflavin!

no mineral oil either. what "Special" ingredient does the good lotion have that this one doesnt?

HERE, simple answer. Go buy an Emerald Bay ACCELERATOR at your salon which most are like 17 or 20 dollars. Not that expensive.

Hawaiian Tropics indoor tanning lotion is only approved for use in their Hawaiian Tropics indoor tanning salons.

Good luck finding one.

And why dont they specify what "exotic fruit oils" are?? Becuase you DONT wanna know.
