What are your best selling lotions and why do you think they are your best sellers? |
anything that I push...customers normally trust you on what you have to say |
Your best selling lotion is the one that you sell... |
Isn't that the truth. Most store owners don't realize that whatever they push is their best seller. It also helps to have good lotions too. That way you get repeat business without having to push it. |
As a distributor I would have to say our #1 seller, that is the one we move the most bottles of, would be Australian Gold Dark Tanning Accelerator. It is not our most profitable though. 9 out of 10 orders that I do in a day get that item. |
The top selling lotion in your salon is whatever you and your staff is suggesting to your tanners! |
Sex kitten, Believe, all the Emerald Bay |
Bottles of Emerald Bay sell great and Brown Envy I can't seem to keep on the shelf. Packets of CT7 and Unforgiven sell very fast also. |
Velvet nights, by far. Ray of light second, and CT7 third.(step 2) |

I sold JA like crazy when they were known as Swedish Beauty, now I can't sell at bottle at 50% off. Unless you have a whole salon full of lotion educated clients, they will buy what you recommend. |
The best selling lotion is the lotion you and your employees believe in. So why not sell and believe in products that have the best ingredients, packaging and profit margin so your store makes more money. |
Re: Best selling lotions If AG accelerator is the best selling lotion in your salon you need to take some "how to sell" classes. |
Re: Best selling lotions We sell a ton of Brown Envy and Brown Envy Dark, as well as Almost Famous, Dangerously Dark, Tao, along with some others. |
Re: Best selling lotions there is a difference between what sells the best & what you get the best feedback on....this year my customers have really liked Revival, Bohemia, Bronze Bondage, & LOVE Spellbound |
Re: Best selling lotions Decadence, SunTea, & Daddy-O with Spellbound just starting to sell well. |
Re: Best selling lotions I push a lot of Designer Skin products because that is what I've been trained in and what I know the most about. Right now though, everyone wants Spellbound and Fortune. |
Re: Best selling lotions I am so upset I love coming to this site and I see that you all really respect your customers and do what you can to please them well I am upset with my salon I have been going to this same salon for over 5 years and now recently they are opened under new ownership and I ask for a sample of unforgiven about a week and a half ago and they girl told me that it would take a week just to get the sample that I wanted mindyou I was ready to purchse the lotion at 70 bucks if I liked it now I go in today a week and a half later and ask her about my sample and she said oh my god I totally forgot to get that??? what a B**ch now that I only have a bout a week left she said I will order it and give it to you for a discount hahhahahhahahahhh I am SOOOO not going to get this sample ever and I would not buy it from them now I am considering going to a new place even though I love their beds but all this just for a sample sorry to vent here but... thanks for listening |
Re: Best selling lotions My best sellers are Blue Jean Girl (fs) and all of the Tini collection (fs). This is what most of my employees use and they push it and gloat about how much they love it. However, recently I haven't been able to keep Spellbound (ds) on the shelves. |
Re: Best selling lotions Just me again about my dumb sample that I am STILL trying to get??? what gives is it really that hard to get a sample of unforgiven or should I just give up and go some where else and buy it?? anyone want to donate a sample please I am here, ahah thanks:angry: :( |
Re: Best selling lotions Velvet Nights does great here too, also Naked Truth and Island Dream, OH and Tantric LOL |
Re: Best selling lotions denisepil - I understand your frustration but are you really so upset with your salon because they made an honest mistake that you would leave them? |
Re: Best selling lotions why don't you just use something else? You can't just special order a sample of something. |
