Hi! Need some help! - tanTALK

Hi, im new here... I came accross this site by accident when trying to find out some stuff about lotions. Anyways, I am out of lotion and need more! I started out with Rebel sun, about a year ago, it was alright. Next, I bought Pitch Blaque, and the last bottle was Blackjack. I honestly, liked all 3, but I am at the stage and I will NOT get any more color. I tried the Body Butter Darque, and liked it, but I really dont want the "bronzy" tan, I want more of a brown tan. I didn't really notice until I looked at a picture but the Blackjack gave me a orangey tint. The Pitch Blaque was good, but did'nt notice a huge change. Anyways, I want a tanning lotion that has a mild bronzer in it, i want to be brown, not bronze . Any suggestions? Also, I do not tan on my chest (hard to explain) lest just say, it looks like I wore a tank top with 1 in thick strapes in the tanning bed, between my neck and shoulder will NOT tan, any suggestions?
I was looking at Miami Slice? LAX? Genie in a bottle? Anything! You know more than me!

What lotion lines does your salon carry?

Get away from the "no namers". Does your salon carry any quality names like Designer Skin, California Tan or Fiji?? I would suggest Designer Skin Ultimate Love Junkie, Designer Skin Tao, CT7's new bronzers. There are so many good lotions out there, but it would be best to work with your tanning consultants. I highly recommend going with better lotions than the ones you've been using.

None of the lotions you mentioned are any good. Designer Skin, California Tan, John Abate, Tanology are all quality lotion lines. Hopefully your salon carries something from one of these lines??

Agree completely...the products that you have been using are a waste of your time and money!

Thanks SO much... AHHHH, im frustrated. I live in an area thats really small. I have a tanning bed at my house, but the nearest tanning place is 40min away, and there is like one option. What I mentioned in my post is like all they have as far as lotions go, can you believe that? I was looking at like the, PB, body butter Darque, etc. online, and they charge about $15 more than other places online, nuts! SO, i am going to have to order a lotion, or wait a couple weeks when I get up to a normal city. lol! Anyways, what about a "tingle" lotion, or whatever??? Suggestions please... help, help, help!!! Thanks to those who have already posted!

Try pink diamond by swedish beauty for a light tingle and a light bronzer.
