How do you decide which lotions to dicontinue and which to carry when the new lotions come out? Everyone has their own method, do you buy it all or pick and choose?

Definately pick and choose. Try as many as you can. Sell only the ones you believe in...cause trust me, it's WAY harder to sell lotions that suck. (RE: 12 freakin bottles of "Genie in a Bottle" that I threw out this year)

I am going to carry most of the EB line and the CG line!! They are cheap.....Keep my clients from buying Wal-Mart lotions!!!!! But i will have a nicer line, which is some of the DS line. Does anyone know any other good cheep lines that sell really well?

first I like to mark down & clear out the discountinued goo & what ever did not sell well...will carry less tingles this time.

we will keep Designer Skin , Fiji Blend , Cal Tan Sunless , Matahari , Emerald Bay and add Fiesta Sun to our line up & then see what is new.

Definetly no tingle. My customers hate it. I'm thinking, 2 of almost everthing pretty. And give away the stuff to my favorite customers that we are going to do away with. X-Mas is coming.

My customers LOVE the tingle!!! I did a order last month of all tingles and they are now almost gone...bought like 40 pks and now i have maby 2 left.
