Rep Power: 0 | I just received my order of Forman tingle free and I'm dissappointed to say the least. If I rememeber correctly the packaging on this product use to be very appealing. What I received was non tingle in a tingle bottle with a very bad looking inkjet quality sticker that read "0 Tingle Factor" that was then placed crooked and peeling over the top of the tingle brand on the bottle. Not to mention the fact that the bottle itself is a very low quality plastic with fading/smeared print. Has the rest of their product packaging went this bad also? I hope not, I was considering picking up their line before I received this order. Hopefully they will either replace it or pick it up. If not at least it's a good lotion so I can use it up myself. I'm embarrased to stock it on my shelves. |

Rep Power: 0 | Dear sandlesstan: Thank you very much for your constructive criticism of the FORMAN Tingle Free packaging. John Abate himself could not agree more. However, kindly allow me to point out that the demand for FORMAN Tingle Free surpassed even our most optimistic projections! As JA director of public relations and John's executive assistant, I can assure you that we had no other choice but to use the bottles available to get the product expeditiously to the salons that were ordering in record quantities. As you know, we make all of our tanning and skincare products in our FDA-approved facility in Scottsdale, Arizona; thus, quality control is foremost in John's mind. We do, nevertheless, import the bottles for our all-natural, advanced-ingredient formulas. The correct FORMAN bottles are scheduled to arrive soon from overseas. John himself has asked me to tell you that he personally will send you a shipment of replacement FORMAN Tingle Free bottles just as soon as we can prepare them for you. Please contact me at 888-399-5752 or at RichaRub4@aol.com so that I may note your shipping address. We sincerely regret this inconvenience, but we shall rectify the situation. I look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes for a productive, prosperous summer! Richard Rubin |

Rep Power: 29 | Just squirt it in a zip loc and send it down. Dwhite, what did you do? Oh yeah Richard, there is another thread on here about some salon that has set up a website to sell your products for cost. Shouldn't be too difficult to snuff their supplies. |
