One fine Tart? Seen it when I was at the salon today, but could not figure out who made it? And is it any good?

Yes, Synergy makes it. It's in their "Something Sweet" Line.

I enjoy the whole "Something Sweet" line. The smells of the lotions are really similar to the name.
