Rep Power: 0 | I've been to the tanning bed about 7 times, I guess, and I haven't really seen any color change in my face. I've noticed a little throughout my body, but's that's probably only b/c I use a sticker. Why isn't my face getting darker? What would you recommend doing to get it darker? I bought amazing face to use on my face, but I put it on my face right before I was going to go to the tanning bed once so I'd have enough time time to put my regular lotion on, and it looked like 5 shades darker than the rest of me so I just washed it off....I don't wanna go in looking like that. What do you think I should do? Should I use my amazing face anyway, but put in on when I'm actually at the salon? Thanks!!! |

Rep Power: 20 | I would use Amazing Face but wait until you get there to put it on. If your salon doesn't give enough time before your session starts, try getting there a few minutes early and putting on your face lotion in the restroom. Or ask for a few extra minutes - most salons don't mind. |

You need to prepare your skin the right way before you get a great tan. I think most salon pros on here would agree. Make sure your salon did a skin analysis for you, and talk with them about your tanning schedule. You went 7 times, over a course of what? A week? 2 weeks? a month? How long was your exposure time? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? You're using Amazing Face, is the unit you're tanning in a facial bed? You should put your lotion on at the salon, like Athens says. But, your salon is going to give you more precise advice, because they know your history. |

Rep Power: 0 | Is your face dry? When I first started tanning I had the same problem with bronzers making my face super dark and my face not actually tanning much. My face was dry so it really soaked up the lotion and the bronzer and made my face super dark. So I started using a good moisturizer on my face and now my face tans better and I can even put lotion with bronzer on it without it getting super dark. |

Rep Power: 0 | I don't think my mositurizer or makeup has an spf in it...um, and I'm using dove foaming cleanser to wash my face. Wyocoalminergurl...My face isn't too bad if I put some kind of mositurizer on after I wash my face, it does get a little dry sometimes though, especially around my nose, but most of the time I'm ok. |

Rep Power: 0 | Oh and about amazing face...is it just the color of the lotion that's making me look dark, or am I actually gonna come out looking kinda like that?...just wondering, I don't wanna come out lookin like the rainbow...that wouldn't be too great |
