Rep Power: 0 | That is about what we figure in our salon, we still have about 2-3% that will not use lotion. I guess it takes all kinds. I really get a kick when someone is useing the Wall put and they claim they are not getting anything. I slip then something with some kick and wait for reactions. |

Rep Power: 24 | When I work, 100% use, at least show and take in lotion...when staff are working I'm sure it's less, although they are trained to be at 100%. We do not let anyone touch our acrylics without or with s***. We really don't have much of a prob, we educate clients a lot. It's the newbies who are the pain(sensitive skin, stops the tan etc) If they don't have any they don't touch the acrylic, they can use the stand-up....but they usually buy anyway.. |

Rep Power: 0 | I just pulled this report for our EFT members and less than 10% do not use lotion. I have not pulled it yet for the entire customer base. What type of offer are you going to send the clients who do not use lotion? _________________ Any Advice given please consider the size of your market![ This Message was edited by: DWhite6872 on 2005-04-09 00:08 ] |
