Halo didn't work well for us. I understand the concept. We have always kept low UVB lamps in our beds & I noticed the clients using halo were not getting very dark...my employees noticed this as well. We sold them on something else & finally they got dark. We don't carry halo any more.

Halo works well for us. I like it because I have a tendency to get a "redder" tan due to my fair skin. The halo really makes it a nice golden tan. Soul on the other hand not a big seller.

I know...Soul does not go over very well in our salon.

MANY people in our salon want nothing to do with tingles.

Halo will sell well for most salons that can explain it well. Soul is in my opinion a much harder sell because of the tingle.

So, we can sell SPF but can't sell tingle. Hmmmm.

Soul sold like crazy in here but Halo sucked. I swear I didn't see anybody get any darker on Halo.

Of course you didn't. You are running lamps with VERY SPECIFIC AMOUNTS of UVB not some POS that's just overfilled with UVB to compensate for their QUICK demise.

Stick with the basics. UVB to STIMULATE, UVA to brown. Take away one and you have no tan. MOST of the beds equipped with high *** UVB lamps aren't putting out the UVA to compensate for the loss in UVB.

SO, unless you are running a HP bed that's putting out 5.0 numbers over 100 AND over 2% UVB, there is really no need for that lotion IMO.

Yea, most people that came into the salon when I was working just HATED the sensation of tingle on their skin.

No I was with anglecat on that one. The reason you can't sell tingle is because there is only 1 company that markets it correctly. Everyone else is just "TO THE RIM WITH TINGLE" throw some meaningless rating on there (like an 87 or something stupid) and expect people to sell it. IN REALITY, tingle is REAL TANNING with UV, bronzers are FAKE tanning, mostly countering (covering up) the RED from the 12% panthers.

BEST CASE is to tingle with HIGH UVA. That's a REAL bronze tan not some crap DHA "look sorta alike".

What would recommend as far as a tingle?

Goddess? I don't think that has DHA.
