Rep Power: 0 | I have heard a lot of people complain about the DS Angel bottles and how after a bit of usage (a bit over 1/2) they cannot get the pump to pump the lotion out, and claiming it was a waste of money. I don't understand how the shape of the bottle is causing this many problems.... Did it happen to you? It might make me stay away from it. Thanks! |

Rep Power: 20 | I don't think it's the bottle shape, just the pump itself. No matter what product your using the pump always gives out before the product is exhausted. I can't tell you how many times in my life I have had to yank the pump off of something and dispense it the old fashioned way. I personally believe every container ever made should dispense from the bottom. |

Rep Power: 20 | We have that problem with the Hempz moisturizer pump. It may be that the lotion is too thick for the pump, or that the neck of the bottle has come unscrewed a little. If it's none of those, don't know what to tell ya!!! |

Rep Power: 21 | with angel we had some problems but found it wasnt the pump. What happens is the pump takes the lotion from the center leaving lotion around the inner edges of the bottle. Try hitting the actual bottle on a counter top and the lotion will come down to the bottom of the bottle. Sounds stupid but it works, I use angel everyday and it has always been the way the lotion is taken out. IF it is your pump try running it through some warm water that may help. |

Rep Power: 0 | Ok thanks guys. I think it is just as river_brat said, my Hempz bottle does that when it gets really low....all you have to do is swing the bottle back and forth really fast and it's good for a few more pumps. I had just heard SO many complaints it sounded like the DS Angel bottle was creating a bigger problem. But I know how that goes. thanks a bunch. |

Rep Power: 0 | I love DS Angel and yes I had the same problem, it wasn't until the 3rd bottle I figured out what to do. Yes you could bang it on the counter but I found that only worked for so long. I took a cap off a body shop massage oil(not the one with the hole in the middle)the one that u have to push the one side down much the same as shampoo bottle tops and now I just squeeze and out it comes when the bottle gets to low I can stand it upside down. Works great!! grumpygirl |

Rep Power: 0 | You just need to shake the day-lights out of the bottle 'cause the lotion is so thick. It gets a well in it - like your 7-11 Slushy does. (or Starbucks frappuccino) After you've shaken it for a while and can't get any more lotion out, cut the top off the bottle with a box cutter(being careful of coure to not cut yourself too)- there is still lots of lotion in the bottle! I saved up a few mostly empty bottles, cut the tops off all but one, and painstakingly force all the lotion into one bottle - - it was like a whole new bottle of lotion after that! It was a pain in the butt though. But hey, I love the stuff! |
