Rep Power: 0 | Okay I have been tanning a month now and I have been using Smoke, non tingle. I don't really want a tingle lotion, I have a two year old, so that is out of the question for me. Anwyay, I was kind of looking into bronzers. I have a fairly descent base tan, and I don't want to be extremely dark, just a few shades darker than I am now. I have been looking at BBR, Ambrosia Dark Bronzer, Believe, and Citron Sorbet. Can anyone give me any pointers as to which one of these would be good, or if there are in any others that would be better. Preferably ones that don't have a cosmetic bronzer in, and that won't leave me streaky or orange. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: tangirl_23 on 2004-04-09 19:48 ] |

Believe is a cooling bronzer, not a stainer, but I would still wash my hands, smells great also, but not as great as a moisturizer as the Ambrosia Bronzer. Price is right on Believe, and it has the Anti Aging Formula as well. Toss Up!! |

Rep Power: 0 | Thanks for the input, I am am really stuck on what to get, now I have added BBR in there too. LOL. But I think I am leaning more toward the Ambrosia, do you think that would be a good medium one, that wouldn't make me look orange, streaky or unnatural? _________________ [ This Message was edited by: tangirl_23 on 2004-04-10 17:33 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | Well, I should say really high tingles. Because I used a tingle this year once, and after I got done tanning I came home and picked him up, and where ever he touched that I used the lotion on, he turned a little red. It didn't seem to bother him too much, I can't say that he liked it very well, but he didn't scream his head off or anything. If I were to get a tingle, it would have to be a low one, like a one or two. Does that help a little? |

You'll have to be careful, 'cause every manufacturer seems to use a different term for the "levels" of lotions. For example, go for Mega10X from Novubronz. The best in their line, with no tingle. Other brands? Not so sure. Although Fiesta Sun has a very good chart for their line. You'll be able to compare their lotions between bronzers, tingle/hot action, and so-called intensifier and maximizers. |
