TLC Lotions - tanTALK

Has anyone heard of these lotions by TLC. Has a rep call me today and said that the company would only sell to salons that promised not to sell on EBAY or anywhere outside the salon environment. He also said that the distributors would soon have this lotion available for salons. This is new so I was wondering if anyone has heard of this lotion line or if anyone has tried it yet. THANKS
