Is this a new division of the Rio Tan, Squeeze, Millennium, etc Tan group?

No, they're independent, started in Canada I believe. They're similar in philosophy to MR International in that they claim you won't find their products online (though there is really nothing in place to stop people from selling it online, unlike MRI which has a resale agreement).

I used to sell them, but they have stagnated in the last couple of years. I loved the Season Sole line (still do), but the other lines didn't sell well at my salon (and, frankly, I thought the fragrances of the other lines were ghastly). I wanted to consolidate distributors so I got rid of the SS line as well.

Their biggest benefit is that they're diversion-free (for now).
