Rep Power: 0 | very newbie to the biz just placed my 1st lotion order with tan america when placing my order i asked for freebies and was denied however after receiving my order i had to call for other things and asked again about freebies and was told i should have got them however, the girl was new and since both orders have now been placed (the 2nd was placed 2 seconds earlier on the same call,samer person) it was too bad too sad for me. also asked about the caltan promotions/programs bought $$$ of CalTan was told that they would know nothing more untill nashville i.e. too bad for me AGAIN is this the norm? do have to say though that they were pleasant to work with really didn't know what to expect ?? thanks as always for all your help you've been lifesavers through all my new owner anxieties |

Rep Power: 23 | We only got freebies when we spent $60, 000. on equipment from our lotion and bed distributor. We rarely get much from them(Cantan) but SunWest throws in a few things with the odd order, They throw stuff in as surprises; I don't ask for it. I did get lots of freebies when I let suppliers know that we were having customer appreciation days and wanted to include free samples for our clients with our celebration. |

Rep Power: 22 | We usually get products for the cost of shipping, free samples of new lotions and sometimes tester bottles for our customers. We purchase our lotions from TW Tan. One of the most important reasons we chose TW Tan was due to him keeping us informed of specials/deals. This was something we haven't had with other distributors. |

Rep Power: 0 | I love Salon Support!!! Nicole is our rep. She's awesome. We ALWAYS get freebies, even with small orders. They're not important, but they sure do make you feel special. I'm happy to see that their name is most mentioned w/satisfied customers. |

Rep Power: 22 | WIth my company we typically do freebies, especially with new customers. It is not always just lotion freebies though. Sometimes it is training videos, posters or even t-shirts. You do not get freebies on every order but we do try to show our clients that we appreciate and want to earn their buisness!! |

Rep Power: 0 | I had the same problem with Tan America. I love the beds. The could use some help in the lotion sales department. I switched to Four Seasons. And have been very happy with the service. My rep is Nita Rushing. She is always more than willing to help me out in any way she can. I also order my lamps and acrylic from them. Great Service. Give Nita a call |
