Has anyone else had a red rash from this facial product from Designer SkinŽ Saving Face

Yes,it can irritate the skin, not for sensitive skin clients at all. And Designer skin prods themselves are the hardest to get off the acrylics as well, we dropped the line.

Allergic reactions to things taken internally do will not have the same response when applied to the skin.

Eric Dann {Formulated Solutions} say: "In the process of producing the Extract, all of the components and constituents that would cause allergic response are removed. I spoke with the main producer of the walnut extract, and there has never been an allergic response attributable to the extract form of walnut."

And now back on topic...piercemattie

I have very sensitive skin on my face only. I often end up "red faced".. From anything I apply. I have been to a derm..and do have cream that will calm the redness .. but I am not suppose to use it daily.. so I wear little make-up and cover my face 70% of my tanning time.. I only wear facial products on a limited basis (usually to test them to see if I will bring them in and sell them..)

We sell DS Saving Face and no one (but me) gets a red reaction from it...

Tiki...
Were you diagnosed with Rosacea? If so then you have to lay off of natural sunlight? And most facial products will irritate your skin. There is a line of makeup made of natural minerals called Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup, www.janeiredale.com There are several private label competitors, but Jane is the original on the market for over 10 years. The minerals reduce redness and flare-ups and cover everything up without looking made up. They have a brush on bronzer that looks natural and a lot of men actual wear it because it's so real looking. It's all in the July issue of Self Mag. this month.

Every other day , staff mixes up some hot water, dawn(takes grease right outta dishes),and a little tad of amonia.Wipe down bed, then go over with sanitzer and dry towel. You will feel the smoothness of the acrylics as you wipe the bed with the dry towel.Strips bed of any greasy filmy residue.Makes the acrylics look sooo shiny!

You should never put amonia on acrylics. It will dull their ability to transfer UVA/UVB energy. Check it out, I may be mis-informed.
