Rep Power: 22 | Ok, i will try to answer some of these questions... 1. For a first time tanner there are many great lotions to start with... do u like bronzers??? if so Cal Tan's Hot Chocolate is a great Step 1 ! After tanning, you should use a good moisturizer ex. Cal Tan's Total Immersion... or I like the added firming bonus of Designer Skin's Angel... 2. I am currently not tanning my face (im treating acne scars) therefore I use a self tanner on my face... But there are products designed specifically for your face. ex. Cal Tan's Illuminate or Matahari's Lustrous (which has bronzers to give your skin that sun kissed glow) 3. I don't know exactly what you mean by this question, but in order to keep your "facial skin" healthy and avoid any negative affects, you should use products designed specifically for the face... also if you are going to be tanning a lot i would cover your face over 3rd session or so.... 4. I've personally never tried Dark n' Dazed, but do a search for it on tantalk and u will find out some reviews of it.. 5. I've heard of Ocean Potion (what is it?) 6. IF your mom is a long time tanner and wants something by Emerald Bay i would Suggest Mojo (tingle) or Dark Kickin Ale (tingle and bronzer).. Good Luck! Geesh, my hands are tired lol... |

Rep Power: 0 | Good job Tropical:) 1.I loved Cal Tan Climax when I first started tanning, DS Drama Queen is a good browning lotion, JA Spectrum ect...I wouldn't reccomend a bronzer for the first few times you tan...You don't want to think you are darker than you are and spend too much time in the bed. I like Total Immersion as an after tan moisturizer . Some of my friends swear by the AG tan Extender...I guess it covers the ATO with the rotten creamsicle smell:) 2. Don't use regular (body) tanning lotions on your face. They are too heavy and can cause wrinkles. Check out Tropicals post for some good facial lotions 3.I do not tan my face so I use a moisturixer with am SPF of 25, makeup with an SPF of 15 and two towels to cover my face in the bed....I also use another to cover my hair...I must look like a looney bird:) No matter what SPF you have on your face, if you do not want UV, please cover with the towel 4.The only Emerald Bay I have used is Margarita Madness which sucks indoors. I have heard good things about Dark and Dazed 5. Get rid of the Ocean Potion...Don't spend good $$$$$$$ on tanning, tanning lotions and expect that cheap stuff to nourish your skin...Try Total Immersion..Good stuff:) 6????????????????????? Hope this helps:) |
