Illuminate has sparkles! - tanTALK

I really really really like Illuminate by CalTan. I even use it as my moisturizer in the morning... I was just looking at myself in the mirror because my face looked like it was shiny. I discovered that the Illuminate has gold and pink-ish shimmer which is visible after application on your face, if you're really looking.

I hate sparkles.

As soon as I saw the topic header and your name I was thinking "uh oh...she HATES sparkles!".

How long have you been using it that it took this long to notice?

I'm so predictable about sparkles.

I've been using it off and on for about a month but only this past week have I been using it every day as my moisturizer . Today I was checking out my face to see if I got any color during coaching this morning. Then I saw the shiny stuff. Then I saw the sparkles.

I still really like it though. I may have to turn a blind eye... And I can use my Carotene Cream for days when I really can't be shimmery.

Hence the name Illuminate It is a good product. I have one client that her face breaks out (not normal acne) but when she uses the Illuminate it doen't break out.

The "Sparkles" are bits and pieces of Mica, which is supposed to FILL IN small lines on the face..and refract lighting. This is what one of the cal tan reps told me....

it also adds to the "sun-kissed" appearance...
