Rep Power: 23 | 12-16 is a good number of SKU's if you ask me...I try to have a at least 5 base buliders, 5 modrate/step 2's and 3-6 tingle/hot lotions.. I carry SPF's And insurance from caltan, As well as THE TOTAL IMMERSION AFTER TAN!!! LOVE IT.. Hope this helps. Mj |

Rep Power: 24 | our clients aways want something new....we carry many brands and change what we carry to what ever is new or different. so if you dont buy it today it might not be here tommorow, so stock up if you find something you really like. |

Rep Power: 0 | I guess I see it a little differently. As a woman, I get sick of finding a nail polish or lipstick I love only to find out the next time I go to get it that it has been discontinued. I have heard women in my beauty & nail salons say this for years. I carry 3 main lotion lines. I carry almost every product of these three lines. I may cut back on some items though since Soakin' is outselling everything. I do think though that you need a variety, if only to compare 'your best' against. Too many items gets confusing (for me and the customers). |

Rep Power: 23 | I change things around as well but I have at least 3 lines that never change. As Pam said, people like consistency and if they are using something they really like, they want to buy it again when it's gone. If you don't have it, they will go somewhere else to buy it. Keep new things coming all the time though and sometimes it can catch on. Stacey |

Rep Power: 23 | Exactly, If you have your stable lines and occasionally add a fewnew ones... this makes for less confusion for the costumers and EASIER TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES!! I have tried it both ways and this way is far more effective..Lets face it women are fickle and they are a LARGE PORTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS. They prefer stability especially when it comes to products. They want to know that the next time they need lotion you have there favs!!! Mj |
