Rep Power: 24 | Saw the ad. Received a call from someone representing their company last week. They said: "We are returning your call about our new product." I said, "I haven't called you", they said: You did see our ad in Tanning Trends, Yes. They then tried to sell me their lotions. Honestly, I did not contact them in any way. I don't like these types of sales tactics. |

Rep Power: 23 | Dear Tangirl, Thank you for the notice of our new product CLEAR BY DESIGN. This is a clear lotion that we have been developing for almost a year now. We have had a tremendous response from salon owners who already carry this product. Myself and Partner Ken presented this product and conducted an educational seminar in Cancun at the Solar Seminar. If you are interested in a sample please email me directly and I will personally see that you are sent a sample, no questions asked. TANtalize I personally apologize if you had a bad experience with one of the individuals that is marketing our products. Please, I have made every effort to improve and add a level of professionalism to our telemarketing program and I am convinced that the people that we have on the telephone are more respectful and professional than any company that telemarkets their products in this industry. I ask If you ever have a problem with someone marketing our products or someone that is rude or disrespectful please contact me directly. |

Rep Power: 0 | After I read this post I emailed Dan for a sample. He was very nice wrote me back, and told me he would be happy to send me a sample, but not until I gave him my phone #. No thanks Dan. If you want me to use your product, I'll call you......... He did state that he just wanted to make sure that I was a tanning Salon owner. Well, Dan I am, But no I have enough sales calls. I don't need anymore. Thanks anyways.......... |

Rep Power: 23 | To dispell any rumors this is the standard email that I sent everyone that has requested a sample online. Please notice that in the third paragraph I explain why I need a telephone number, I am not looking to get your number so I can call you everyday. I assure you that my intentions are to make sure that samples are going to salons only. Here is the email. """"Thank you very much for the email and your inquiry regarding our new CLEAR BY DESIGN product line. I truly appreciate the opportunity to show you some of our product lines. Our new Clear By Design as well as many of our other completely reformulated product lines have been received extremely well, since our purchase of the previous company last year. We are really excited about this season and the product lines that we are offering. Thank you again, I will be sure that samples and additional information are sent to your attention. I do ask however, when you get the opportunity, since I do not have you telephone number to verify samples are being sent to a salon, please call and ask for Linda our office manager and she will make sure that samples are released upon verification of this message. I hope that you understand this is our policy to be sure that samples are not sent to salons and not end-users or salon diverters. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly.""""""" I am sorry that telemarketing has really gotten a bad reputation, but I can tell you that the way we handle our program is very different that others. If anyone ever has a problem with any of our individuals on the phone I implore you to contact me directly. Eric |

Rep Power: 0 | I have gotten samples. It actually goes on like a lotion not gel. Honestly I liked it but the packaging is not my style or the salons. We carry DNA classic, and hot cherry. We do well -the Bottle sells it every time. http://www.solarlounge.com/gifts_lotions.html Picture of product. I would like it if it looked a little more high end. Maria |

Rep Power: 0 | Is this he one you are speaking of? If so im not to fond of bottles with daisys or chilly peppers on it. We prefer to diplay clean attrative lotions. like hp2000,dna classic,JA creme brulee, mango flamba. The lotions have to be diffrent then the other salons around here and actually work well. We wont carry anything like beach bum rum with a little butt on the front! Some one sent us this us so much of this stuff to sample I cant get ride of it.
