Rep Power: 24 | Ok so if yesterday wasn't the worst day of my life, being that the door still isn't fixed and cinstruction is going along slower than ever. 4:00 pm while I'm talkin to one of the women police officers here comes Tara@ja, with some JA stuff, of course I would rather everyone that wants to stop by the salon see it when finished but who cares all are welcome, I have no make up on, sweats on and am tired as all heck because I can't sleep because of the door. I maybe discussed 7 minutes worth of what my salon was about and what I do here and my special novemeber promotion, not to mention one of my most avorite customers was completely enthralled with Tara and stayed and talked with her for an hour and a half. Overall Tara@JA is a really nice girl, and I'll be talkin to her again real soon.. Thanks for the stuff Tara |

Rep Power: 23 | Allison, I had no idea you are even at your store for the better part of the day. Normally, as a general rule, I NEVER get to see an owner...or a manager for that matter...so in sweats or in a bikini, it was a welcome change in my daily salon experience. I had read about what happened to the salon and I just wanted to show that JA Int'l (and I) were thinking about you. I would have liked to discuss more industry related stuff with you, but it seemed like your customer needed some real "help" lol. He didn't show any sign of tanning or leaving for quite some time... (By the way, you can tell him that the "odds" are slim to none, because a real gentleman really would have walked me to the car after you two scared me about my car At any rate, if my computer had been working a little better yesterday, I was going to post that I thought your picture doesn't do you justice and you run a first rate operation there. Your customers seem to really love being there. Great job! Anytime you want to do a promotion, staff training or anything and you want me to come down, I'm there. Hope the door got fixed like it was supposed to. |

By the way the door still isn't fixed, they meaaured it again but it's not fixed.. :eyes: Your right a real gentleman would have walked you to your car, no need to worry here though, parts of Jersey city are bad but not this one, and don't use my door as any kind of example.. My car is in the lot all day and nothing has ever happened to it. So I take it your car was still there?? I love my customers as much as they love me even though half of them are nuts, I keep my relationship with my tanners on a very personal level. Thanks for stopping by the other day |

Rep Power: 23 | yep. car was still there...although maybe i would have benefited more if it wasn't...well, car-wise, but i would be lotion-less and that would be a bad thing. Only a tanner would think they hit the jackpot if they stole MY car... I didn't even get lost on the way home. I was proud of myself. I can tell you have a great relationship with your tanners. That is such a nice thing to see. Many owners are absent and they don't even know the people who spend their money in the salon. It seemed like they all wanted to stay and chat. I am sure that the high level of comfort in there is a big part of your customer loyalty. Have a great day! |
