Everytime I place an order with 4 seasons things are left out and i have to call and they say oh sorry and send it, but it is starting to become a pain....

Forever Tan,Maybe they don't like you! I have used Four Seasons for many years and rarely did they ever mess up an order. ??? Go figure!

They leave the dumbest things out of the order, like lip balms, packets, and so on.I do still use them but the last 4 orders have had something missing.You can't beat their customer service though

Love fourseasons.... betty watkins will bend over backwards and kiss her on a$$ to help you.... they get 95% of my biz for the last two years... LOVE ITBut I do think they might of had some bad pickers/shippers in that department this year.. I had a few orders that didn't ship correct.[ July 07, 2001: Message edited by: buntanner ]

Never had any problems to speak of with Four Seasons, they have been great for Sandollar. They have also allowed us to send items back that didn't sell and receive store credit. Melissa is fantastic and so is Linda in Customer Service, I have heard that there have been a few problems with orders this year, but we have not had any. .

we order almost all products from 4 seasons/misty russell.They have been nothing but professionals and handled any problems we've had quickly.Their is not a perfect business what makes a business great is their willingness to correct mishaps.Love it.

I had that same problem withAmerican Royal. Great pricing butsomething was always wrong.

I love the service I get from fourseasons.I hate the fact that my rep. betty watkins, called me this week and is taking a medical leave. she is the best. hurry back betty.

We've had nothing but great response and service from Misty Russell at Four Seasons. She keeps up on everything we need....including any rebates offered to us.
