Are the use of tingle ingredients really good for the skin as opposed to regular moisturizing tanning lotion.I know about the increase in blood side of it, but aren't they all just irritants to the skin not much unlike "deep heat" etc.sore muscle or joint rub? Can putting an irritant of any type on the skin a good thing?Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know but I just tried this stuff I got a sample of called VOODOO.Holy Cow, for only $20 a bottle that has got to be one of the hottest products I've ever used.

Yes, it is basicly nicotine. When I cropped tobacco as a kid, I had a similar experence to tingling products with skin redness and irritation from the raw nicotine from the tobacco plant sap on exposed skin.
