I meter every individual lamp of every bed on a regular basis and compare to the output at new install. We've done this for over ten years now. We also of course keep track of lamp hours. Typically we always replace lamps earlier than the 500-600 hour mark just because the UV output has dropped so much and we prefer to keep our units running optimally. In North Carolina, you are now required to show proof that you have purchased replacement lamps within the rated hours for each specific bed per the bed manual in between their inspections.
