Exclamation Lamp Help

I relamped our sundash 226, we got our lamps from interelectric, i wanted to check out the new lamps so i started tanning in the bed after a few time i wasn't seeing much color or even getting pink ( i'm fair skin and havent tanned at all) so i tried tanning with a tanning tattoo just to see that i wasn't losing my mind, we after two more times of tanning the bed has not even left a tattoo tan mark!!!!

I need help, im new to lamps and beds but not to salon management. Anyone have any idea's why their is no color coming from the sundash with brand new lamps!!! Please Help

I'm getting ready to relamp our tropicals and i dont want to face the same problem as this salon already has a bad rep for bad lamps and horrible management we are trying to break that since we have taken over!

Re: Lamp Help

I'd stay away from Interelectric lamps. I tried them, and never again. Get something that the Mfg. recommends or something compatitable. I've always had good luck with OEM lamps, that came with the bed when new.
