Help, I am a new owner and need some guidance!

Hi Everyone!
I have been a salon owner since January and am learning something new all of the time.

Here are a few questions I have...

I have a Sunco 30XS Power bed that uses 100w lamps. I am currently using the duo twister lamps on top and regular 100w lamps on the bottom. The ends get very hot after a few sessions in a row, so hot you cannot rest your feel on the acrylic. Why? Any suggestions on lamps to run in this machine? Results are great with the current lamps.

I also just bought a Tan America Del Ray 4200 which has 160w lamps and 3 facial lamps. I need to buy new lamps, any suggestions? I would like lamps that give fast results. I also need a new spring(s), where can I find those?

And, I also bought a Suncapsule Perfect 10 standup that uses 54 160watt lamps. Any suggestions on lamps for this unit?

Why if both of these units have 160 watt lamps is one 10 minute and the other 15?

I also need manuals on the Del Ray and the Perfect 10. any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Linda

I found that Craig at Ryco tanning was very helpful. 180077527926. There is also a couple of guys on here that are very knowledgeable about lamps and such, and they have been great with my newb questions. Hopefully, they post and give you real help besides my referral.

The 160w lamps are diff TT (tan time) due the difference in UVB%....talk to John URI, RobertK, or Brian..they are all on this forum...they could give you a more detailed answer...by the way, you can not use both in same bed...

for the manuals, go to the "Tan Parts" forum here, moderated by Jeff..Jeff is the parts director for Heartland Tan (they are distributors for the Del Ray bed), he could probably email it to you or you can call him direct...www.heartlandtan.com (he is the Atlanta office)
